Let's seeeeeeee various New Orleans/Siggraph inspired stuff, I though this was the founder of mad magazine, but on second thought, maybe not. The main villian from Disney's new black magic movie and a live jazz band from the Geek Bar at Siggraph in 2009.
This piano looking thing is actually a sculpture... rotate the image 90 degrees to the right and yo u see a wheel and the 'piano keys' were actually glass blocks. The rest is environmental detail and scribbles.
This thing was cool... it was right in the middle of downtown New Orleans and was an old oil/gas well head. I don't know if they still used it or not, but I had a LOT of fun drawing it.
