Just do something. Don't be like the masses... the tendency is that 'it's too hard' 'I'm not good enough' or 'I'll fail'. Failure is okay, fear is not.
Speaking of leadership, it's the 20th anniversary of the death of the amazing Jim Henson. If you grew up in the last 40 years, the Muppets were no doubt a big part of your life.
