I don’t usually work in this format. These smaller books look amazing, and the paper feels great, but in an effort to be in the asthetic of the form, the paper has poor or no sizing. That means they don’t take media well. A least not watercolor and ink.
So, I took the opportunity to make a book almost entirely from stencils and spray paint.
