I got an email from a friend and colleague recently which made some pretty valid points. Most blogs that I follow with anything even remotely resembling regularity are focused on a single subject that I find of interest. I have run across a few sites that are random collections of stuff and others that mix business and pleasure, but most of them stay true to the message. On the other hand, I tend to ramble on about one thing or another without any real message. It's not reinforcing any kind of brand or telling anything about me other than my mind is in a constant state of flux. So, to the point. Focus focus focus.
To point, my blog will be less a report of what I am up to and more about consistently posting sketchbook drawings and the experiences they record.... my intent is to upload new drawings as they happen, but, seeing as I have 25 years of sketchbooks to draw from, there's no shortage of filler material when I get busy or lazy.

I watched a delightful film yesterday, it was a Hindi flick 'Every Child Is Special'. I highly recommend it. The Bollywood ethos of storytelling is lingering and patient, the way I remember stories being when I was a youth. I imagine it too slow to be fodder for the American masses, but for story-lovers and those passionate about the need for improvement in the world, it was a terrific diversion.
