Looking for a place to destress and get away from it all, we took an afternoon a few weeks go and hit the Oakland Hills. In just a few short minutes we were able to get out of the city and walk in the woods. It had that wonderful acoustic nature that forests have, when the wind blows you hear the rustle of the leaves that sounds like you are transporting to another realm. It's magical.
So we took a half an hour and did some drawing, then I fell asleep.

If Muir Woods had a little brother, it would be the Oakland Hills
