Originally, I wanted to do something of an homage to the film Giant staring Liz Taylor and James Dean (among others), but after comping this together with a tiny oil derek in the background where the windmills are now, I started thinking about oil vs wind and how huge fossil fuels are in comparison. It seemed like a much more powerful image to me than the obscure reference I had started with. I hope you like.
The execution is a little weird. I still haven't found a consistent cloud render that I like to use.
