I lost my 51'st sketchbook. Which really stinks. While my handmade books are each especially unique, 51 was special for a different reason: I'd purchased it from the Shinola store in Detroit in 2016 when we were driving from New York to Montana on our way to the west coast, which was delayed because of a school I had to attend back in Texas. It was gorgeous with my Logo embossed don the cover... alas, it happens. So, I restarted Number 51 with my last in-stock handmade book.
Since we were leaving texas for 4 months, I decided my goal was to fill at least one page every day of the trip, more if possible, hoping to fill it during the trip. With 212 pages, it should provide plenty of runway and at 38 days in and 50 pages filled, I think I'm well on my way to filling my goal. I try to throw up the pieces I like better on IG and FB, but here are all of the pages today for the sake of posterity, or your enjoyment, as the case may be.
