Notes from the Road; Nov 2022Texas Roadhouse. Angie inverts her roll to butter it. Her salad comes immediately. Brassy music plays overhead. Angie chats about souls that look lonely or sad. Angie sats git us wine! So we order two large glasses of merlot. She tells me the morning of a dream. Mariah G is giving her a ride on a scooter, but it is broken down, not running right. She is taking her to the store of some kind and they grab shirts. Angie takes off her backpack and someone grabs a tent and pull it out. There are nice men there & so angie lays down and a bear comes and hold her feet so she can’t move. Next thing she wakes up and the bear is gone.
The workers went to go to the house. Angie lays down and there was a fan blowing the sheet the next morn, she looks around and sees LOTS of products that are bad for you (Plastics and vinyl). No plastic coffee pots through. Then I show up wanting stuff but angie says no!
Guest of million painted forms
Which in turn thy glow forms
The frailest leaf, the mossy bark
The acorn’s cup, the rain drops
The swinging spiders silver line
The ruby of a drop of wine
The Shining pebble of the pond
Thou inscribes with a bond
In they momentary play,
Wold bankrupt nature to repay.
