We had a gorgeous view from our room in Amarillo last weekend. There's not a lot going on in the city at first glance, but if you look a little closer, you begin to see the beauty. For a city with more than 300k in population, they should really be experiencing an exploding arts population. They're there, but not exactly obvious.
